"My wife and I hired Jolene to be our Day-of-Coordinator. Our wedding was located in an art center, which was basically an empty warehouse space, and required the services of several separate vendors (Catering, Lights, Flowers, Rentals, etc...) to transform it into the wedding-space that my wife and I envisioned. Jolene's help through the entire planning process was simply invaluable -- from design ideas and scheduling event flow, to the minutia that my wife and I didn't even think of.
On our wedding day, Jolene showed up early at the venue and made sure that all the "moving parts" were in sync and on time. Now that my daughter's wedding is a wonderful memory, I wanted to thank you for all you did to make it a success. During the initial planning of this event, many thoughts and ideas were discussed, and of course the budget seemed to grow beyond the plan. Talk of a “day of” event planner seemed an excessive expense in the eyes of my husband.
How wrong he was! He thought that arranging for a caterer, bartender, DJ and cake would take care of the party. However, knowing all that you did behind the scenes, the wedding would have been a disorganized disaster without your help. You coordinated the details that made the day come together without a hitch. Meeting with us for the rehearsal, so we knew how the ceremony would take place. Being present for the caterer, cake delivery and the many unexpected hours that needed to go into the “simple” flower arrangements. You kept to the detailed schedule. That left the bride, groom and family free to enjoy our great occasion without having to deal with the time consuming details.
