Gemstones are hand-selected and inspected for quality of facets and color. As gemstone cuts differ from bead to bead, expect ever so slight variations.

Whenever possible, natural semi-precious and precious gemstones are utilized. When the design demands a little more "bling", Cubic Zirconia is used. Zirconia is a high quality synthetic stone that simulates the appearance of diamonds and has a far more brilliant luster. In the gemstone market, zirconia has risen in popularity and ingenuity of color.

All silver is sterling. Gold-fill contains a percentage of 14 karat gold, allowing you to enjoy the look and feel of gold at an accessible price.

Each order is shipped with instructions on care to ensure delicate designs stand the test of time and wear.

Shipping:

For Jewelry Collection items, each sale is treated as an order, which means it is made specifically for you. Please allow five business days to fill and complete a jewelry order before items are prepared for shipping. If your order is needed sooner, please send an e-mail to request speedy service.

For Greeting and Visiting Artist collection items, these are ready to ship when your order is received.

All jewelry orders include complimentary ground shipping through UPS. Greeting & Gift and Visiting Artist items ship regular mail. Rush two-day or overnight delivery is available for an extra charge.

Return Policy:

If you are not pleased with your purchase, a return may be requested within seven days of receipt of your order. Items should be returned via insured mail in the original packaging.

The customized initial necklace is non-refundable.
