Reception Design and Styling + Day-of Installation

Based on your personality and appreciations, I work with you from the beginning to formulate an aesthetic identity for your event. I develop design concepts, suggest color palettes, source creative elements and provide vendor recommendations. Based on the design-plan, I work directly with your selected vendors to achieve the desired look and feel of printed material, rentals and floral components. If hand-crafted elements are needed, I jump right in to coordinate creation. On the day of your wedding, I execute the creative details, resulting in a truly distinctive celebration.

Day-of Installation for the DIY (Do-it-Yourself) Bride & Groom

Perhaps you have a strong creative vision for your reception - you enjoy designing, making things and want to put your personal stamp on your special day while still having the input and coordination of a professional. In this scenario, I come in to the picture two months before your big day to work through the final details with you and coordinate your vendors. On the day of your wedding, I implement your vision so you will have more time to focus on family, friends and the significance of the day.

Rehearsal + Ceremony

You may also need assistance with the most important part of your wedding day - the ceremony. Perhaps your Church doesn't provide a planner, you are marrying at your reception venue or outdoors - these scenarios are opportunities for me to help organize and direct your wedding party, family, friends, officiant and ceremony participants. I also ensure your flowers and photographer have arrived in a timely manner.

Reception Coordination & Supervision

There are many elements of a reception timeline that need coordination - your entrance to the ballroom, toasts, the start of dinner, your first dance, dances with your parents, cake cutting and the list goes on! You may also have some self-constructed elements of the reception - a family member is acting as your emcee or your friend is spinning iTunes. Or perhaps your venue does not offer a staff member and you would like a professional hostess for your event to oversee vendors and ensure service is running smoothly. I can play that role for you so that you, your family and guests experience the utmost comfort and enjoyment during such a special celebration.
